LITTLE MISS PIG TAILS

Yeay!! So Logan finally has enough hair to do it in little pig tails. I have been waiting forever for this day and it is finally here. Now if I could just get her to sit still long enough for me to do it without it taking forever we'd both be winners.

How long is your tongue??

On your mark...get set....GO! The countdown is on.. This Saturday I am racing in Moab's half marathon. I can't believe it is here already. It has been 3 years since I have ran a big race due to pregnancies, etc. The race has been all I have been able to think about this week. Every time I think about it I get butterflies. I am so nervous and I don't know why. I know it is just for fun, but at the same time I want to run a decent time. I know I have trained for it-I just hope my body will remember how to race. I look at this picture and remember the pain of racing-but then I remember how much I love it and the fact there is no better feeling than crossing the finish line knowing I ran my best. I am excited because alot of Perry's siblings will be running in it also. It should be fun. Hopefully it will go well for everyone.

CAMPING

Perry and I just bought a trailer and decided to try it out last weekend. We took it to Najavo Lake (about 45 minutes from here). We had a good time. We both love camping. Here are some pics I posted for fun.
I love this picture of Per, Logan and of course, Sport. (he loves to be a part of the action too) We sure know how to pick the best weekends to do anything. Here we are freezing in the snow! (can you say mucho frio?)

Perry and Logan fishing. No, he did not catch anything. All the luck was with the couple straight across the river from us who was catching fish after fish. Perry was a little frustrated.. I think he was looking forward to having fish for dinner. Oh well. It was still fun. As much as Logan liked fishing with dad, I think she had more fun playing in the dirt. I had to stop her from trying to eat it. (What is up with my child liking the taste of dirt?)

ABC GUM

Yesterday I went to TJ Max and took Logan into the dressing room to try some clothes on. I was having a hard time keeping her by me in the stall as she kept wanting to crawl away and see another baby around her age a couple stalls down. (that is a story in itself) Anyway, after trying some stuff on I look down and Logan has a big old wad of gum in her hands she is playing with and to my horror.....licking. I have one word...YUCK! I did not have any wipes because I left her diaper bag in the car so I did my best to get the gum off of her hands. It did not help that she was throwing a fit as I was trying to clean her hands... I guess she likes ABC gum. Anyway after doing my best to clean her hands I took her to the car and got the rest off with wipes. It is kind of funny now that I think of it-but definitely wasn't funny at the time. I just have one thing to say to the gum chewers of the world...."People throw your gum in the garbage when you are finished with it... Not the ground!!!" END OF SPEECH...thanks

LOGAN'S 1 YEAR PICTURES

I took Logan to get her pictures done at JC Penneys when she was about 13 months. She cooperated well for the lady taking her pictures, but she kept sticking her tongue out every time she smiled. It was pretty funny (typical for Logan I guess). Luckily we got a few without her silly tongue. The bottom two show what the majority of her pictures looked like.

luvin that tongue!
