HALLIE BRINDLEY

Congrats to my sister Lauri and her husband Trevor. They had this cute little bundle last Saturday. She weighed in at 6 lbs and 19 inches. She looks like a cutie and we can't wait to meet her. We are excited for my other sister Sherri's baby to arrive in November too! Our family is definitely growing.

THE GARDEN

Since it has gotten warmer Perry has been working hard to get the lawn and yard ready (and has done an awesome job might I add). He even made a garden for us which I am really excited about. (I just hope I don't kill everything and we'll have yummy fruits and veggies this summer.) Anyway, we've been spending alot more time in the yard and I couldn't help but post these pictures.
Here's the garden Perry has worked hard at making.
Logan definitely cannot get enough of Sport. Sometimes I think she loves him more than us.

Finally standing by herself. No, she is not walking yet though... Considering it took her soo long to crawl she is taking forever to walk too. She is a funny girl, she definitely does everything on her own time frame. I've learned to just accept the fact she'll do it when she wants.

Love this picture of Perry and her.

She loves to give kisses now. Sometimes they are a bit slobbery, but it is still cute. The end...

HAPPY EASTER!!!

I hope you all had a good Easter. I know I did. It was nice and relaxing. Below are some pictures of our Easter celebrations.

We gave Logan a little lamb for Easter this year because she loves the lambs on her baby Einstein movie so much. She gets a big smile and always says "baa" a million times when they come on the screen. She kept calling the eggs balls and was having fun throwing them everywhere.
All of the cousins got together to paint eggs at Chelsey's house. They had too much fun seeing what crazy colors and designs they could come up with.
Logan posing with the two eggs we made. Logan and cousin Miquelyn in their matching Easter dresses. Aren't they cute?

I SURVIVED

Here we all are the morning of the race ready to run. Don't we look chipper?

Wow- I have been a slacker on blogging lately. Anyway-I survived the Moab half. I ran a 1:33:03 (about 5 minutes off of my best) which is around the time I wanted to do it in. Hopefully the next half I am doing in about a month will be a little faster-but I was satisfied. It was alot of fun. It was awesome that alot of Perry's siblings ran it too. I tried to talk Perry into doing the 5 miler-but he said no way. Anyway, I think everyone had a good time.

A COUPLE PICS OF THE MOAB TRIP

After the race

We ate at this pizzeria place that had the best marguerite pizza. loved it. After the race alot of us soaked in the pool and hot tub. It felt so good.

Here we are all crammed in the trailer. good times...good times...
